The Gender Dilemma Part II

Does anyone remember a few months ago – in this post – how anxious I was to find out the sex of my baby?  Not sure if you all recall, but I went (ran like a wild woman) to Fetal Vision Imaging in Langhorne, PA to see if I could have them confirm what the Perinatalogist’s office had already told me.   And sure enough, I was able to get a valid confirmation of my……

LITTLE BOY!

I am sooo excited!

I think we are so blessed to be able to have the experience of raising both a girl and boy.

And…  to be honest I am really looking forward to cheering on some Little League baseball in my future!  :)

Johnny & Sherry, the owners of Fetal Vision, are the greatest people.  Friendly, informative and only want you to have the best experience when you are there.   That is why they are so hung up on making sure you DRINK PLENTY OF WATER before you have an ultrasound done with them.  72 oz. of water a day to be exact! Drinking all of that water helps to keep the amniotic fluid nice and clear so that you get the best pics possible of your baby.

I told Johnny that I was going to share the pics with you all and he was  SUPER nice enough to do a quick 3D shot for me!  I am only 16 weeks along here, (and WAS NOT drinking 72 oz. of water a day) so the pic isn’t as clear as it could be.  The baby also doesn’t look like you would normally see advertised at one of these ultrasound sessions.  This is one of the reasons they stress LOTS OF WATER and why that they like to do them when the baby is bigger and more pudged up and filled out – around 26 – 28 weeks.

Fetal Vision Imagining offers all kinds of  packages so even if you are on a tight budget, I think there is something you can afford if you really want to get a 3D peek at the reason why your belly is a big as house.  ;)    Click HERE to see what they offer.

I am having a 2nd 3D/4D Ultrasound done in about 2 weeks and we can’t wait to see what/who my baby looks like.  The experience is like nothing else,  (besides actually having and meeting your new little one) because you can share it with others.  My parents and daughter will be coming with us this time.  I know they are just as excited as we are to see our little guy.  We had a 3D Ultrasound done with my daughter before she was born and I feel it helped us to bond with her before she was even here.

Having a baby is such a wonderful time in a woman’s life and I am sooo happy to be able to share it with my family and friends this way.

STAY TUNED FOR SOME AMAZING PICTURES TO COME OF MY LITTLE MAN….
