Jessica Hickey is the owner and designer behind BuggaLove. Formerly a higher education administrator, Jessica decided to become a stay-at-home-mom in December 2006. Seeking a creative outlet, she established an online selling presence in March 2007. Jessica creates each product in her home studio in Red Hill, PA.
