Sesame Place Fall Giveaway!

Congratulations to Sherri Hoffman!  You are the winner of the Sesame Place Tickets!  Look out for an email.

Happy 30th Birthday Sesame Place!  While Sesame Place’s exciting summer season will end on Labor day, they continue to operate into the fall on weekends only through October 31st, 2010.  The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular starts on September 25th and promises to be lots of not-scary fun!   Money saving coupons can be found at various places.  Check this list to find how you can save $20 off admission after September 25th.  The water rides may be closed then, but it sounds like a fun way to incorporate Halloween activities with the fun of the dry rides at the park.

Sesame Place is currently offering an interesting deal—purchase a 2011 Season Pass and enjoy unlimited admission the rest of this season and all of 2011! Families who purchase season passes enjoy unlimited admission to Sesame Place, a 30% discount on all food and merchandise in the park, entrance into exclusive Season Pass Member events and kids eat free at Dine With Me! with the purchase of an adult dinner.
Sesame Place’s 2011 season passes are available in three levels. Sesame Passes, $92.00 per person, gives guests unlimited admission into the park, exclusive access to member events, plus a 30% discount on food and merchandise. Big Bird Passes, $122.00 per person, allow guests additional benefits including complimentary general parking, complimentary meet-and-greets with characters, and 50% off single day admission to SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens. Super Grover Passports, $189.00 per person, offer the most benefits to guests.  In addition to everything mentioned above, guests receive unlimited admissions to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens, complimentary preferred parking, and ride again privileges.   One mom I was speaking to recently mentioned that when she was planning a family vacation to Florida a couple of years ago, she purchased the Super Grover Passports, as she was able to not only use them repeatedly at Sesame Place, but her family also used them for admission to SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, giving her a great savings.  Something to think about when vacation planning, especially if  you live locally to Sesame Place!

Sesame Place would like to encourage families to experience the park and learn about what fun they have to offer.  For Mama’s Little Helper Readers, Sesame Place would like to offer four (4) single day tickets as a giveaway to one family.  To enter, please leave a comment below and mention your child’s (or your) favorite Sesame Character!  One response will be selected via Random.org.  Sesame Place is responsible for distribution of the prize.   This giveaway will end on  September 19th at 11:59 pm EST.  The winning comment will be selected and announced by September 21st.  The winner’s email address will be forwarded to Sesame Place in order for prize distribution.  Good Luck!!

My 3 year old LOVES Sesame Street and he LOVES his ELMO ABC book, because he can see all the characters in one book. He loves all the characters equally, no true favorite. He loves to press “K is for Kiss” and then he gives me kisses. He also loves “L is for Laugh” and then he wants me to tickle him. It takes us 20 minutes to read this one book. Of course, my favorite is the Count.
