I develop Music, Art and Yoga Movement programs for children of all abilities to release tension in the body, awaken the senses & help focus the brain so it can relax, integrate, communicate & learn better. I have done much work with children on the autism spectrum, and with other sensory processing challenges. I also work with women & teens, teaching belly dance & reflective arts as a form of stress management and self expression.
